- Before any return is made, you must contact us via email at email@example.com.
- All items returned without contacting us will NOT be eligible for exchange or refund.
- If any item does not fit, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and return the goods to us, in their original condition (i.e. unworn, unwashed) and with the original tags, original packaging , within 14 days of receipt.
- All items are quality checked prior to delivery.
- If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will refund you the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
- If a dress is not in stock and ordered in specifically for a customer and you are unhappy when it arrives we do not offer a refund however you may receive store credit or exchange it for another item.
- We do not accept returns on items on Sale or items that have been reduced.
- On receipt of the goods we will refund, exchange or credit you to the value of the item minus delivery costs (€4.40 where free delivery is selected) within 15 working days.
- We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service (anpost registered, courier service etc.) and keep your proof of shipping.
SPECIAL ORDER DRESSES
- We do not accept returns for confirmed special order or custom made dresses!
- Please double check all measurements for special order dresses before submitting your order as we are not responsible if the dress doesn’t fit when it arrives.
- We do not cover the cost of further alterations! To keep costs to a minimum we round up all measurements to the next standard UK size so some minor alterations may be required.
- Our garments are totally hand made. Slight irregularities are not to be regarded as defects.
- Although we strive to have your dress delivered within 3-6 weeks of ordering, delays can occur and it may take up to 10 weeks. In the unlikely event your dress does not arrive within 10 weeks we can offer you a full refund.

- Wait for confirmation e-mail outlining return address etc.
- Return the product to us (we recommend a recorded delivery service).
- Refunds will be credited to you via original method of payment minus the cost of postage and packaging (€7.00 where free shipping is selected).
